1. What is the difference between Curls and Curly Q's?
   
   Curls and Curly Q's products are based on the same hair care system needed for curly hair. Therefore, the product lines mirror themselves. Each line has the same product functions represented (e.g. each have a daily moisturizer, each have a curl lotion, etc.). However the formulation of Curly Q's was altered to reduce the volume of certain ingredients that may be sensitive to sensitive, young scalps.
    
2. How long does shipping take?
   
   UPS Ground is approximately (not guaranteed) 5-7 business days (this can be longer during the holiday season), UPS 3rd day is guaranteed 3 days after shipping. UPS 2nd day Air is guaranteed 2 days after shipping. UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed the next day after shipping.  USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 2-4 business days.  This is not a guarantee but is usually the case. NOTE:  All orders are shipped out within 1-2 days...this is the processing time of all orders received. 
    
3. How does your reward point system, CURLS Points, work?
   
   This truly is a great way to earn free products, the more you buy the more you earn!
    
   • You earn 1 CURLS Point for every dollar spent (ex: You earn 18 CURLS Points when you purchase Curl Ecstasy - $18).
   • Each CURL point equals .08, so if you order $50 worth of products you earn $4  towards free products.
   • CURLS Points are only accrued online.
   • Refer a friend and receive 200 CURLS Points!!!! (when they make a purchase).
   • It is your choice as to when you use your points.  You can save your points until you have enough to get an entire order for free or you can use your points to create a discount off of an order.
   • Points do not apply to shipping or taxes.
   • Your total points and dollar value are calculated and can be viewed at checkout or in “my account”.
   • At checkout look for the box that asks you to enter a promo code discount or CURLS points.  Enter your points there. 
   • If you fail to enter your CURLS Point at checkout, you will have to wait to use your points on the next order.  We cannot manually deduct points off of an order.
   • NOTE:  You cannot use and accrue points at the same time, you must do one or the other.
