  1. What is the difference between Curls and Curly Q's?

    Curls and Curly Q's products are based on the same hair care system needed for curly hair. Therefore, the product lines mirror themselves. Each line has the same product functions represented (e.g. each have a daily moisturizer, each have a curl lotion, etc.). However the formulation of Curly Q's was altered to reduce the volume of certain ingredients that may be sensitive to sensitive, young scalps.

  3. How long does shipping take?

    Fed Ex Ground is approximately (not guaranteed) 5-7 business days (this can be longer during the holiday season), Fed Ex 3rd day is guaranteed 3 days after shipping. Fed Ex 2nd day Air is guaranteed 2 days after shipping. Fed Ex Next Day Air is guaranteed the next day after shipping. USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 2-4 business days. This is not a guarantee but is usually the case. NOTE: All orders are shipped out within 1-2 days...this is the processing time of all orders received.
  4. I processed my order, can i make a change and/or cancel it?

Once an order is submitted, it immediately gets transferred to our Warehoue to get picked, packed and shipped. Therefore, once an order is submitted, it cannot be altered. NOTE: If an order is sent to a customer, and refused, the order (minus shipping fees + a 20% stocking fee) will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
