Yes I’ve tried many brushes. I have big thick curly hair & when I used to wear it curly I always had to have a thick comb or brush to be able to get thru it & leave my curls looking bigger & fuller. Yes.. My husband has thick curly hair and I have to bring his comb separately wherever I go. Sometimes it becomes tough but no choice for that!! thanx for this post will surely help choosing perfect comb for my hubby.

I totally agree! I’ve found that a wooden wide tooth comb does wonders for my daughter’s curly hair. Sooooo much better than the plastic stuff I used to use!

my hair is wavy and curly (mostly curly) and I’ve tried to make my hair work with everything! From straightening to going natural, i still found no right solution. i can’t wear my curly hair in the winter because it’d be cold and my hair would be almost dripping wet. my grandpa would yell at me for going outside with wet hair. So my choice right now is going straight. but the problem is…it has broken my ends off and too much heat isn’t good for hair, period. In the past, i went to a stylist and she made the front part of my hair; close to my forehead wavy almost straight. It was permanent and it messed my hair up more than you could imagine.So this helps me to wear my hair the natural way even through all that trouble. Thanx!
