Keeping Hair Healthy Through Conditioning

Keeping your hair healthy in this age of pollution is a challenge. But with a little bit of discipline you can develop a daily routine of keeping your hair healthy. First and foremost, you need to learn how to condition your hair. Before you zero in on a conditioner, you need to consider your hair type and texture. Different kind of hair will require different kind of conditioner. You can choose from 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioners, leave-in conditioners, heavy conditioners and the like.

There is an assortment of conditioners. You can have different ones for different purposes. For example, one can be for use everyday. One can be for deep conditioning. One can be to control frizz. You must always use a conditioner after washing your hair. This will replace any lost moisture into the hair. You can also use a leave in moisturizer for your hair on the days you don’t shampoo.
