CURLS partnered with the LA Division of Family & Child Services to host the first hands on hair care seminar for adoptive parents caring for African American or biracial children.

Adoptive parents learned first hand how to care for kinky, curly, dry, ethnic hair…with the help of CURLS Founder, Mahisha Dellinger. Mahisha taught the parents how to properly cleanse, condition, moisturize and style their angel’s tresses during this live, hands on seminar. This first annual seminar was held Sunday 8/26/07 at LGA Beauty Studio in Los Angeles, CA.

CURLS has partnered with theLA DFCS to host this seminar to adoptive parents in all of Southern California.
