You still have some of the Pomegranate Oil Seed Blend, right? So, using this on your child's or even your hair would work fine.
Yes, Curls has discontinued the Poegranate Oil Seed Blend. As, the Champagne Curls & Kaviar Kinks Restoration Treatment is the only pure oil blend that Curls sells. It can be used on adults and older teenagers hair. But, certainly not on young children's hair.
Also, I would suggest using small amounts of the CurlyQ Radiant Ringlets (if he is fairly young) on his afro to give it shine, moisture, and softness. Now, if he is an older teenager, then he would use the Curls Euphoria Elixir instead.
