The sample sized products are only designed to offer enough product for 1 or maybe 2 days worth of usage. As, in all honestly that really isn't all that much. So, maybe what's thrown you off a little. As, you may have been thinking that the amount of product that you would be getting would be slightly more perhaps.
I personally don't know how much product was put into the sample jar, as so many samples and even full-sized items are shipped out on a daily basis. But, I can tell you that Curls does it best to offer full customer satisfaction. As, Curls does have a customer service email address -
