Thanks!
Thanks Eve for sharing your 'recipe' for beautiful curls...I don't have souffle, but guess I'll be getting some (lol)...

Hi again Eve, did you get a photo w/ the milkshake/souffle blend? And also I was wondering if you wash/condition daily, twist it up at night and do 2nd day hair or what? Okay, I'm nosey, it's just you've got great curls! Congratulations...

Okay...Photo using Souffle/Milkshake combo 1st & 2nd Day Hair
Okay...here are pictures using the Souffle/Milkshake combo I described in the previous post (poo wash with curls conditioner, quencher, then souffle/milkshake combo). The one with my friends is the first day and the other is what it looked like on the 2nd day with using the Quencher and Souffle.

Thank you for the compliments deemorrison9. I do a poo wash (I don't rinse it all out though) every 3 days and wash every 8-10 days. At night I just put a scarf to cover my edges. I sleep on my back due to chronic back pain so my hair doesn't get messed up too bad. Then in the morning I just put on the Quencher and more souffle and I'm done. Now I just obtained the curls last week so I haven't even used it for two full weeks. But, this is the routine I have used so far and I don't have any complaints at all! My hair has never looked so good. Only problem I have is I want to eat my own hair!!

You had really pretty hair with just the milkshake, but I will be buying some souffle pronto 'cause your hair really looks amazing with it added to the milkshake--hope my hair looks as great.
Sorry to hear about the back pain; you might want to check out a site for qi-gong (I have had some pain issues myself) called spring forest qi-gong. It's an alternative health modality you can use with what ever allopathic medical care you're using. Best wishes!
