Welcome

! And, thanks for being so gracious to upload a picture of yourself!
You want to start doing a "Wash and Go" style right? Where this wear you wash your hair then detangle and apply product or just apply product and go.
I know exactly what you mean when you talked about wanting your curls to be tightly curled like a Jherri Curl or Curly Perm. So, here's the best advice that I can offer:
1. Wash your hair with a non-sulfate shampoo first. Curls Cleansing Cream is a good product for that. But, if you have a already have a gentle, moisturizing shampoo that you already own and want to continue to use then that is certainly okay.
2. Apply a deep conditioner next.
3. While your hair is still soaking wet, then spray your hair with a liquid leave-in conditioning/detangling thoroughly all spray all over. The Curls Quenched Moisturizer is an excellent liquid leave-in to use for detangling, by the way.
4. Next section your hair off into approximately four parts. You can do more sections than four if you'd like. But, the main reason why four is normally recommend is that it would be quicker to detangle and apply product that way versus sectioning the hair off into too many parts.
5. After you have sectioned off your hair. Then, you would then take down the first section, and detangle it with a sturdy detangling brush. I personally recommend using a Denman Brush No. 3 as it is the best that I have ever used on my hair whether I wear it in curly or straight styles. And, always begin detangling from the bottom working your way up to the top.
6. After you have finished detangling the first section, then you would apply Curls Souffle to it, making sure to thoroughly smooth it through. You have the option next to either braid that section, twist it, or just let it hang down losoe.
7. Next you would on to the next section and just repeat the same process all over again. Now, if you get to a section that has already started to dry out, then just re-spray it.
8. Once you have finished detangling and applying product to your whole head, then you would just let your hair airdry. And, at night you would cover your head with a satin bonnet to protect it while you sleep.
The next morning, you would re-spray your hair with the liquid leave-in conditioner/detangler/Curls Quenched. This is done to give your hair a refreshening. So, spray your hair just enough till it begin to feel dampened, but certainly never dripping wet. And, then next after you have dampened your hair all over (after first having taken down the twists or braids), then take small amounts of the Curls Souffle and thoroughly apply it all over your hair. After you have thoroughly applied it all over you hair, then scruch the curls into better form.
At night, you can repeat the same detangling process that I mentioned earlier and then apply a satin bonnet over your head. Or, you can just let your hair hang down loose without detangling and braiding or twising it up at night and just put a satin bonnet over your head and go to bed like that.
I sincerely hope that the information that I have provided will be of great help to you and if you have any more questions or concerns, then you can post them here at any time.
