Hi From Barbados
Hi,
I am an all natural mom with a three year old beauiful daughter. It has been really hard for me to find good products for our hair. I am hoping that when I try these products we can have some success.

Welcome!
I have never met anyone from Barbados before. So, its a real treat to meet you!
I am sure that you and your three year old daughter have lovely hair. And, I am sorry that you and your daughter have been having a hard time finding the right products for your hair thus far. As, I certainly understand how that can be. Until, I found the Curls products, I was basically in your same boat.
Thank goodness, you have found Curls as I am sure that you are really going to love this line. And, you and your daughter's hair will surely benefit from it two!
P.S. If, you could share more information about you and your daughter's hairtype and or hairtexture or even pictures, it would be a big help. As, this woud allow both myself and others to be able to be able to better understand and address all of your present hair concerns.

More Info
Hi
I am sending a picture of my daughter's hair I will send one of mine tomorrow (have to take out a couple braids) Her hair is very light and straight when dry. It was longer when she was about one and then I started to buy different products and now it seems to have stopped growing. Her hair and scalp are very dry. The ends constantly need clipping. Also her hair seems to now be growing. When I look at the scalp there is short hair sprouting out.
Thanks for any advice

From what I can see of your daughter's hair it looks like she has type 3C curls. As, her hair doesn't look like it would take a lot of time to get straight. So, the CurlyQ Cutie Cleansing Cream, Coconut Dream Conditioner, Moist Curls and Milkshake or Custard. Now, the Milkshake is a lighterweight styling cream that moisturizes, smoothes, and defrizzes curly hair. While, the Custard is a more denser styling cream that will deliver maximum moisture, addded curl definition, and defrizz curly hair. You can start out with a lighterweight cream if you think that the Custard might be a bit heavy for your daughter's hair. But, if you feel that you daughter hair needs a heavier, m ore rcher cream based on how dry it currently is, then goling with the Custard would be a good choice. Or,you could even get both products and just alternate back and forth between the two, based on your daughter's daily hair needs and/or hairstyles.
Now, for your daughter's dry scalp, you can just apply a few drops of oil to her scalp to alleviate dryness there. Natural oils for you to choose from are: 100 pure coconut oil, extra virgn olive oil, pomegranate oil, or avocado oil, or tea tree. Now, because the tea tree oil has a sorta pungent odor to it, then it is always best to cut down the smell by adding other oils to it, in order to make a solution of it. Or you could even add a few drops of any of these oils in with any of the cleansing, conditioning, or styling products. The only exception would be the tea tree oil. As, you can could add it to the cleanser only and not the conditioner or styling products. As, tea tre oil, as it relates to scalp issues is most beneficial when directly applied to the scalp or when it comes in contact with the scalp through the cleansing process. So, all of this is definitely worth considering.

From your pictures, I can clearly see that you are a type 4B. You would need the Curls Cleansing Cream, Asian Hair Tea Conditioner, Quenched Moisturizer, and the Whipped Cream.
Make sure that you do deep conditioning treatrments w/heat to your hair at least twice a month. As, this will help with elevating the moisture content in your hair along with the Curls products.
And, when it comes to detangling both you and your daughter's hair, here's what I suggest:
1. Your Daughter-100% Boar Bristle Brush (A good one is the Denman Boar Brush) & Wide Toothed Comb-(MEBCO makes some of the best).
2. You-Brush (Denman No.4 is a very popular one) & Wide-toothed Comb (MEMBCO has excellent ones)
Comb-Used For combing in your conditioners
Brush-Used for detangling the hair while it is soaking wet, to put the hair back into a ponytail, puff, braids, or a bun. When putting the hair in a ponytail, puff, braids, or a bun always brush the hair after it has been sprayed with either Curls Quenched or Moist Curls and after having aplied the Curls or CurlyQ styling product of choice to it first.
