Before I go swimming I COAT my hair with oil or shea butter so that my hair does not soak up moisture from the pool and therefore drying out from the chlorine. I then plait my hair and cover as best possible with the swimming cap. After swimming I wash my hair with the mild cleansing cream and apply the hair tea conditioner wrapping my head in a plastic bag and covering with a scarf. By the time I've eaten and made my way home I'm ready to take the conditioner out of my hair and moisturize and lightly oil my hair with a light oil like castor oil.
