CURLS (and Curly Q's) products contain an exclusive blend of natural oils, exotic extracts, and hydrating humectants needed to create healthy curls. We’ve also included a new, patent pending ingredient proven to restore the integrity of damaged hair, and replenishes the protective layer bound to the hair cuticle.
- Certified Organic Aloe Leaf Juice - Vitamin rich moisturizer (B1, B2, B6, C, Choline, + 18 amino acids)
- Certified Organic Sunflower Oil - a light oil which is high in linoleic acid, Vitamins A, B complex, D, and E, as well as calcium, zinc, potassium, iron, and phosphorus.
- Hu Wu Shu Extract (China) – Nourishes and hydrates both hair and scalp. Clinically proven to prevent hair loss.
- Green Tea Extract (Japan) – Soothes and moisturizes dry hair and scalp.
- Calendula Extract - Increases hair shaft elasticity and flexibility to prevent breakage. Penetrates the core of the hair shaft to help restore Keratin levels.
- Pomegranate Seed Oil - Pure and cold pressed, this exotic oil provides natural sun protection and balances the PH of skin. Imparts brilliant sheen and moisture for the hair. It is also a natural remedy for dandruff, psorasis, eczema, and sunburn. It is even clinically proven to kill cancer cells.
- Chamomile & Plumeria Extract - Strengthens hair, adds sheen.
- Tahitian Coconut Oil & Gardenia Essential Oil -Rehydrates hair, and restores shine and bounce. It is scientifically proven that Monoп de Tahiti has a repairing effect on dry and damaged hair. Results of the study carried out in the research and experiment laboratory EVIC-CEBA on 4th December 1998.
- Soy Protein – Reinforces and strengthens hair. Stimulates hair growth.
- Coconut Milk - Natural curl moisturizer that softens, moisturizes and defrizzes hair.
- Allantion - botanical extract of the comfrey plant and is used for its healing, soothing, and anti-irritating properties. Helps to heal scalp irritations and stimulate growth of healthy tissue.
- Mango & Shea Butter - Ultra rich emollients that provide intense conditioning from cortex to cuticle.
- Panthenol – Vitamin B complex that adds strength and body to hair by filling in cracks on the hair shaft.
- Incroquat Behenyl 18 MEA - the primary lipid found at the hair surface. Human hair contains a thin, protective layer of lipids covalently bound to the cuticle and comprised primarily of 18-MEA. Chemical treatment or environmental stresses can remove part or all of this fatty layer, making hair unmanageable, less healthy-looking, and more susceptible to further damage. Incroquat Behenyl 18 MEA was developed as a means of replenishing this important lipid and is recommended in products for aging, weathered, permed or color-treated hair. This is a relatively new product and is still patent pending.

- Grapeseed Oil - This natural oil absorbs into the hair shaft and scalp smoothly adding extra moisture and conditioning.
- Lecithin - helps maximize hair growth and strength.
- Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate - a mild, high-foaming surfactant derived from coconut oil, leaves the scalp and hair with a soft after feel.
- Behentrimonium Methosulfate - Mildest detangler available. Derived from grapeseed oil. Provides superior detangling without buildup. Due to its mildness, it is recommended for use in leave in baby products.
